She hails from Indore and combines evidence-based clinical expertise with a patient-centric approach in managing complex gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary disorders. She cleared MBBS entrance in the first attempt and joined the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhopal as part of the pioneer batch where she obtained three medals for academic excellence including one for overall MBBS final examination. She then cleared NEET PG entrance in the first attempt and completed MD in General Medicine from MGM Medical College, Indore. She did DM in Gastroenterology from Medical College, Kolkata which being the first medical college of India holds tremendous prestige and has a very high patient inflow.
