Better Health, and how to get it on a gradient:

Our health is drastically impacted by nutrition. You'll find that almost all health issues are more easily controlled or handled by adding or eliminating certain foods, and by taking the proper supplements which are missing from our diet. . We also know that fast food is not as high in vitamins and nutrients as our bodies require. Following are the health tips which we feel that you should follow for a good health :

Drink Plenty of Water :

The human body is composed of approximately 70% water.  Water is contained in the cells of the body (intracellular fluid), in the arteries and veins (blood plasma), and in the spaces between the blood vessels and cells (Interstitial fluid).  The body's water supply is responsible and involved in nearly every bodily process, including digestion, absorption, circulation and excretion. When we eat, breathe, and use our muscles, our body creates residue waste products that the body has to get rid of.  Good clean water helps us do this.  Without enough water we do not get rid of these waste products?  The waste products that we do not discard have to be stored somewhere within our body.  Storing this waste seems to contribute to, or even help cause, the following:  lower back pain, chronic fatigue syndrome, diabetes, headaches/migraines, asthma, allergies, colitis, rheumatoid arthritis, depression, high blood pressure, high blood cholesterol, neck pain.  Water helps to reduce sodium buildup in the body, relieve constipation, and maintain proper muscle tone.

Water is  the primary transporter of nutrients throughout the body and so is necessary for all building functions in the body. Water helps maintain normal body temperature. It is essential for carrying waste material out of the body. Water acts as a solvent for the vitamins and minerals we need everyday for our cells to do their jobs. Therefore, replacing the water that is continually being lost through sweating and elimination is very important

Situations involving our need for water:

Dehydration, Sports & Exercise, Water retention, Indigestion, Bad Breath, Gallstones, Kidney stones & Urinary tract infections are some of the situations which raise our thrust for water.

Don't breathe polluted air :

Even if you live in the country, you are probably breathing polluted air. From campfires to jet engine exhaust, the obvious polluter - automobile exhaust fumes - there are cigarette smoke and chemicals emitted by industry - as well as ozone. Many pollutants can be airborne over long distances, and all can enter your system.

Hazards of inhaling polluted air :

After inhaling the polluted air there can be many hazardous effects on our bodies like, shortness of breath, wheezing, coughing, bronchitis, pneumonia, headaches, inability to concentrate, chest pain and, in some cases, lung cancer. Breathing polluted air changes the way that the lung cells do business.

Exercise :
Only during exercise are nutrients needed for maximum energy production carried to every body cell. One of the reasons that you don't have that energy and don't feel like exercise is nutritional deficiencies from eating at fast food restaurants, having a essential fatty acid deficiency from eating the latest fad of "low fat" foods, going on low calorie diets, etc. A spontaneous urge to exercise cannot be expected until the correct nutrients are obtained. Dietary improvement quickly increases metabolism, or internal exercise. Lack of exercise causes reduced, weakened muscles in your arms, legs, back and elsewhere. When you exercise your metabolism gets less sluggish because it has an improved ability to use oxygen. Using the additional oxygen, your body will burn more stored fat more efficiently.
Sleep :
Sleep is as important as the other things. Sleep gives the body a chance to repair muscles and other tissues, replace aging or dead cells, etc.   Missing out on sleep not only affects work performance, but also can wreak havoc with our health. In addition to raising stress hormones, sleep deprivation could foster diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity and memory loss, and it could cause you to age prematurely.  Other ill effects of sleep deprivation include impaired motor skills, difficulty thinking, concentrating, and making decisions, as well as irritability and other mood problems.
Lose weight :

Obesity is the road to illness. There should be a control on the eating habits. When the percentage of refined foods and junk foods with hydrogenated fats increases it leads to unhealthy bodies and overweight.

Weight Loss Diets :

Some of the popular weight loss diets are : Atkins Diets, Beverly Hills Diets, Blood Type Diet, Body For Life, Cabbage Diet, Carbohydrate's Addict Diet, Diet Cure, e-Diets, Exchange Diets, Fit For Life, Food Combining etc.

Eat the right foods or supplement what you need :

To get a perfect body you have eat the right food. There can be many reasons why you have a deficiency, but making sure you get all the essential nutrients will result in a balanced healthy body. Your specific problem might be that you digestion is bad and you don't digest your food properly, well, don't take anything that will artificially help you digest, take those vitamins that will enable your body to build a healthy digestive system.
